Kalmi — Founder, 2024–present Boutique agentic AI consultancy focused on BFSI and fintech enterprises. Core offerings: AI readiness assessments, governance framework design, POC-to-production acceleration. Positioned at the intersection of deep financial services domain knowledge and production AI systems expertise.

xLayer Technologies — Associate consultant, 2023–present Strategy and GTM work for enterprise technology clients. Recent engagements include a concept pitch for the Government of Tamil Nadu’s tourism department framing a technology-led per-tourist yield improvement strategy, and an AI-generated demo video production pipeline for an ERP deployment.

OneFin — Fractional content strategist, 2022–2023 Thought leadership content strategy for a YC-backed lending fintech. Developed executive voice guidelines and produced long-form content for senior lending industry audiences — CTOs, CIOs, Chief Strategy Officers.

Selected earlier consulting engagements GTM and product strategy for an exer-gaming startup (Bengaluru); product and business consulting for a professional services marketplace (Singapore); pricing strategy for a charter services company (Denver, USA); market entry strategy for a martial arts gym concept (Singapore).

Ventures and startups

Wission — Co-founder, 2019–2021 Consumer community platform connecting people over shared interests and goals through offline meetups. Took from zero to product-market fit exploration; learned the hard lessons about community cold-start problems and the gap between user enthusiasm and retention.

Kolbo — Founder, 2021–2022 Continuing education and career navigation platform for experienced professionals. Built the concept, validated with early users, ultimately paused due to market timing and resource constraints.

Life Beyond College — Founder, 2018–2019 Foundational skill-building programme for recent graduates. Ran cohorts, developed curriculum, discovered early the gap between what colleges teach and what early careers require — which remains an animating concern.

Earlier career

Goldman Sachs — Vice President, Operations Institutional financial services operations. The formation that gave me both the analytical rigour and the domain credibility that underpins everything since.
